for beginners
Tuesdays 11:15am and Wednesdays 6pm, 1 hour
Have you thought about getting into yoga, but feel intimidated to
try in a regular class setting. Then this series of workshops would

Creative
Kids Yoga
Classes are structured in 8 week sessions and are $120. Pre-registration
is recommended since space is limited. Class sizes are kept small
so that individual attention can be given to each child. Please

 Rest
and Relaxation Wellness Workshop
Enjoy a 75 minute workshop Sunday,
February 14th 10:30am-12:00noon. Free admission
Certified Yoga Instructors, Renata Loree and Lauren Durso
will lead you through an extended relaxation and restorative
poses as you experience hands on assistance in the postures.
Learn how to relax and take care of your heart center. Healthy
snacks and smoothies shared after relaxation. Appropriate
for all levels of movement ability. Learn more in here.
