Workshops are great for pausing a little and taking your practice to next level. Extra time is dedicated to deepen your pose and alignment, giving you a better chance to connect internally and have more fun exploring.

Yoga for beginners

Have you thought about getting into yoga, but feel intimidated to try in a regular class setting. Then this workshop is suited for you. Join other new yoga enthusiast to get you started. Each module is 6 weeks with meetings every Tuesday at 11:15 andfor an hour starting June14th. The cost is $90.
